What we offer​

Performance improvement is our most important competence. We work together with executive management to define bold measures that create real impact. The topic is not new, but how we do it makes the difference:​

  • Customized methodology to every single Client

  • Use of internal resources are vital: we encourage bottom up measures to match most of the executives’ top-down targets

  • On workshops we verify all ideas, appoint Client side responsibles to measures defined

  • We custom make project controlling tools and we do provide implementation support

We support our Clients in:

  • M&A support: seller side information memorandums, buyer side due diligence and company valuations, market sizing

  • We support corporate, or various divisional strategies, mid and long term business planning. We can even act as an external strategy department for companies that chose to inject fresh ideas to day to day operations

  • We do internal and external benchmarking, plant assessments, operational assessments

  • Our home market is Hungary and the CEE region. We do market entry strategies, footprint strategies, diversification strategies, market assessments

  • We do management assessments that makes a difference. We do it from a strategy consulting view (as opposed to HR consulting): we have a complete and proven evaluation grid that includes change management capabilities that is key  today

  • We do certain organizational development work, HR efficiency improvements by defining roles and responsibilities, incentive systems

  • We do process improvements, BPR work, but on a high level: when our Clients have some resources to write the processes themselves, but need support in the high level definition of how the processes should look like

  • We can support tendering processes of large projects: description of needs is vital for meaningful applications

What we don’t do

  • We can’t solve your problem – we can help you solve your challenges with you

  • We don’t cover all functions – we leave IT and system integration to others

  • We aren’t into lobbying, or politics – we are business consultants

  • We are not a market research company, we research markets that generally lack mainstream market research. Also no one makes better sense of (mainstream) market research than us – we use them every day

  • We don’t work in an ivory tower, we can only work efficiently together with our clients, ideally in joint teams

  • We are not workout experts, we work with functioning companies
